Celebrate 11 Years of Fundraising with the Grandads Army Memorial Ride!

Join us for the 11th Edition of the Grandads Army Memorial Ride, a milestone event dedicated to supporting the Eyabantwana Trust. From 1st March to 9th March 2026, 42 passionate cyclists will embark on a memorable journey from East London to Cape Town, raising funds and awareness for paediatric surgical services in the Eastern Cape.

The Grandads Army Memorial Ride is a fun, worry-free, and entertaining cycling event designed for all levels of cyclists—whether you ride slow, medium, or fast. This year, we are expanding our team to 48 cyclists, divided into three speed-based subgroups: ARMY, NAVY & AIRFORCE. Each subgroup will cover an average of 100km per day, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
